Advanced Parkour is designed for experienced athletes training in Levels 5–12 who are ready to take their skills to the next level. In this coached class, athletes refine technique, build strength and agility, and learn to move with control and creativity through more complex obstacles and training environments.
Training focuses on advanced parkour skills like dynamic transitions, precision jumps, and intricate flow sequences, with progressions that help athletes push limits safely while building confidence.
This class is also a great fit for athletes who thrive on challenge and want a supportive crew environment where effort is celebrated and progress is clear.
