Oasis Parkour offers coached parkour classes in Kamloops for kids and teens—built around safe progressions, confidence, and real skill development. Whether your athlete is brand new or ready for advanced training, our programs help them learn how to move with control, creativity, and courage. We use a clear level-up pathway (our colored band system) so athletes know what they’re working toward and parents can see progress over time.
From Kinder Ninja and Intro classes to Recreational Parkour (ages 7+) and Advanced training, Oasis is a supportive crew where athletes are challenged, encouraged, and celebrated. Looking for flexibility? We also offer drop-in/open gym options for athletes who want extra training time.
