FAQs
Who is the Monthly Class Membership for?
This program is for ages 7–13 who want consistent training, more practice time, and a structured, coached environment to develop parkour skills and confidence.
When are the classes?
Monday to Friday, 5:00–6:30pm.
How often can my child attend?
Members can attend up to 5 days per week during the scheduled time.
Do we have to come 5 days a week?
Nope! The membership gives you the option to attend up to 5 days per week, but you can come as often as it works for your family. Some athletes come 1–2 days, others come more frequently—either way, they’ll be coached and supported to progress at their own pace.
Is it coached or open gym?
This is a coach-instructed developmental program—athletes are guided through skill progressions and training.
My child is brand new—can they join?
Yes! Parkour is taught progressively, and coaches adapt challenges to each athlete’s level so they can build safely and confidently.
What does “Overcome Fear” look like in class?
We teach athletes to approach challenges in a safe, step-by-step way—building skills, control, and confidence so fear turns into courage and capability.
What should my child wear/bring?
Comfortable athletic clothing and clean indoor runners are best. A water bottle is recommended.
How much does it cost?

Is parkour safe?
Safety is a priority. Athletes learn foundations first, use progressions, and are coached to move with control and awareness—not reckless jumping.
Does this replace the 20-week session classes?
This membership is a separate option designed for families who want a monthly plan and the ability to attend more frequently.
