Rec Parkour

River City Parkour (Levels 1-8) classes offer a “structured playtime” approach to parkour training for kids ages 7-15.  Beginners will focus on building strength, balance, and full body awareness using the fundamental movements of Parkour. Next, technical parkour movements are taught as the transition is made from soft to hard obstacles. Students in this class who have mastered vaults will then explore higher level parkour movements with a focus on bar techniques. These classes teach the fundamentals of parkour moves and techniques, including jumping and landing, rolling, vaulting, climbing, and falling safely. Classes are instructed by internationally certified parkour & freerunning coaches certified through WFPF.
